Jason Lee

Managing Director

Having bought into the business in 2012, Jason is now the sole owner and Managing Director of Reliance Mechanical Services.
35 years industry experience means that Jason can oversee and manage all business operations, staff and projects with confidence.

John Wagner

Senior Estimator

As the Estimator for Reliance Mechanical Services, John is responsible for completing tenders on fully documented projects by consulting with engineers on behalf of building contractors and/or direct customers.
With over 50 years of industry knowledge, John is able to produce well informed pricing estimates and designs for ‘Design and Construct’ projects.

Stephen Rau

Design Draftsman

Having been in the industry for over 40 years, Steve is responsible for designing and drawing ‘Design and Construct’ projects. He also performs design checks on fully documented projects and completes work shop drawings for implementation.
As a valued member of Reliance Mechanical Services since 2014, Steve’s knowledge means he can create all our detailed drawings with the aid of computer design software programs such as BricsCAD

Donna Aumann

Office Manager / Service Coordinator

Donna has 40 years administration experience in a variety of sectors, 24 of which have been in the manufacturing and commercial field.
In her time with Reliance Mechanical Services, Donna has helped to establish and now continues to coordinate the Service Division. She has developed and implemented new software systems, trained administrative support staff and ensures the smooth running of the Reliance office on a day to day basis.

Ian Bester

Service Supervisor

Ian has been a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic for over 35 years. He joined the team at Reliance Mechanical Services in 2022 and now works as the Service Supervisor.
Ian’s knowledge means he is able to oversee and coordinate a team of service technicians, quote repairs to existing works as well as quote for new service installations, liaise with clients to develop successful business relationships and carry out commissioning on major project works

Scott Melbourne

Manufacturing Supervisor

In his time with Reliance Mechanical Services, Scott has worked along side Director Jason Lee to establish a sheet metal fabrication division - the goal to ensure Reliance could be self sustainable in duct manufacturing.
With more than 20 years experience under his belt, and now managing a small team, Scott is responsible for all sheet metal fabrication.
